My Tsunami arrived on Friday, although the padded envelop was intact when I opened it the Tsunami boxes ends had popped open and the box had a feeling of being slightly damp. Unfortunately on opening the sealed antistatic packet I found that the USB port has been badly crushed beyond trying to reform it, one of the header pins is bent and on closer inspection the circuit board itself in the same corner as the USB port is slightly bent with the edge of the board looking white normally associated with damaged PCB’s.

So any thoughts about returns, I can't find any info on the main site.
